Katie and Franklin, who are bored and are having difficulty entertaining themselves at home, decide to visit a super-powered television host, Madcap, for an adventure. Unfortunately, Madcap lives up to his name, and has no common sense and little idea he is actually hanging out with young children. Katie and Franklin discover that they are more mature and responsible than Madcap, and that his brand of entertainment isn't worth having.
